24-Hour Cancellation Policy

We value your time and ours! To ensure we can accommodate all our guests, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service, which will be required before booking your next appointment.

No-Show / No-Call Policy

If you miss your appointment without providing prior notice (a “No Show – No Call”), a 100% fee of the scheduled service cost will be charged. This fee must be paid in full before booking your next appointment.

Satisfaction Policy

At Mane Street Georgetown, we are committed to ensuring every guest leaves feeling confident and happy with their service. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, please reach out to us within 48 hours of your appointment. We’ll gladly schedule a complimentary adjustment service within two weeks of your original visit.

Please keep in mind:
  • Certain services may not be eligible for a complimentary adjustment due to their nature, and additional charges may apply in specific cases.
  • This policy covers adjustments to the original style or color requested, not changes to your initial service choice.
  • If more than 48 hours have passed since your appointment, or if you have had your hair serviced elsewhere before contacting us, any corrective services will be charged at the full service price.
  • We do not offer monetary refunds for services provided.

Retail Product Exchange Policy

At Mane Street Georgetown, we stand behind the quality of every retail product we offer. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to exchange it for another product that better suits your needs.
