Maryam is also wonderful; she really listens and gives the kind of haircut that falls perfectly into place with ease. Leah, the salon manager, is warm and welcoming, and Meribel gives an outstanding shampoo! I give my very highest recommendation to this salon.

Had a color and cut at Mane Street today and couldn't be happier! Kim, as always, did an amazing job — I completely trust her and always feel like I'm in the best hands. I also had my hair cut by Maryam for the first time, and she did a wonderful job — my ends feel fresh, and the blowout was flawless. Kim is a true artist! I’ve been going to her for almost 10 years and she nailed my natural looking blonde balayage every single time. She is also great at trying subtle variations and giving advice on what looks good (like going a little lighter, framing my face with highlights, or using a rose gold glaze). I was so excited to go see her in her own salon! It’s beautiful, great location, quality products, and a friendly, professional team…and of course, Kim’s incredible skills! Maryam cut my hair and I couldn’t be happier! I was a little nervous because it was my first time meeting her. She is a great listener, pays attention to details and she gave me exactly the cut I wanted. I have long hair and want to keep the length, so I always shy away when someone seems to eager convince me to trim more than I’d like. It was absolutely not the case with Maryam. Can’t wait to go back! I highly recommend Mane Street Georgetown! (I never write reviews and certainly have never posted a picture but this is close to my heart and I really want everyone to know how great Kim is at what she’s doing!)
